A supportive space to reconnect, heal, and move forward.
I believe healing begins through connection, compassion, and hope. Rooted in a trauma-informed and client-centered approach, this space was created to support individuals navigating life’s challenges while holding onto the reminder to never let go — of hope, of healing, or of yourself.
I am here to support you.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) dedicated to creating a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your experiences and move toward healing at your own pace. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported, and I strive to help you feel comfortable showing up as your most authentic self in therapy.
My goal is to walk alongside you as you gain insight, develop practical coping tools, and create lasting, meaningful change in your life. While my foundation is rooted in person-centred therapy, I take an integrative approach tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed approaches.
I also value the importance of nervous system regulation and often incorporate somatic-based techniques to help clients build greater self-awareness, grounding, emotional balance, and resilience in their everyday lives.

Support for individuals navigating life’s challenges.
I support parents, new moms, teens, adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community who may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship or family challenges.
I am especially passionate about working with individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or are carrying the weight of difficult experiences while trying to care for others.
I also work with suicide loss survivors and individuals or families impacted by addiction, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental space to process complex emotions such as grief, guilt, fear, anger, and helplessness.
Whether you are adjusting to a new stage of life, coping with loss, struggling with self-worth, or trying to reconnect with yourself, therapy can be a place to feel supported, understood, and empowered.
My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.
